Development

Months of preproduction were spent making decisions about all of the details of “the most complete in-home exercise program” ever made.

Production

Mason was not only the director of the 13 volume video series, he also got a little sweaty participating in the P90X development team. The two week production required a P90X style gym to be built on a sound stage. The four camera shoot was mixed live in a production wagon outside, then finished back at MEGA MACE’s facility.

MEGA MACE offlined all 13 shows in two months, running 4 Final Cut Pro systems 24/7. The online took two weeks with two Cinewave Final Cut Pro stations.
