Beachbody gave us the directive to make the Shakeology workout feel like a music video. Long time Shaun T modifier Tania Ante got her chance to head the workout and we kept the production simple. Talent, Mats, Water Bottles, Towels and a White Cyc: Simple yet Effective. The direction by Mason Bendewald provided the visual energy and feel of a music video.
