True Beginner

Whether you’re just starting out or starting over, this is the program for you. True Beginner places emphasis on developing a base and building on that foundation. Starting any exercise program can be a daunting task to take on, which is why we designed this program with novices in mind. Over the next eight weeks, we will work to master the basics in order to build a solid foundation for future fitness endeavors and a healthy lifestyle.
